Donna Lamontagne is the Director of Case Management at Mission 911 with 15 years of experience in Child Protective Services, 7 years in education, and 1 year at Mission 911. She is dedicated to inspiring and empowering guests to overcome poverty by building connections. Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending quality times with loved ones, hosting game nights, and soaking up the sun on summer days.

Ruben Bernal is a highly experienced case manager with over seven years of experience as a recovery coach. His own journey in active recovery has inspired him to help others overcome their own struggles with addiction and mental health. Ruben is a passionate advocate for recovery and works tirelessly to provide guidance and support to those in need.

Angela Garza is our detail-oriented office administrator with a love for numbers and a passion for cooking. Her meticulous nature ensures that all aspects of the office run smoothly and efficiently. Angela’s dedication to Mission 911 stems from our assistance during a difficult time in her life and she now works for Mission 911 to make a difference in the lives of others.

Melissa is a skilled data entry clerk at Mission 911, with a passion for thrift shopping and music. Her upbeat and cheerful demeanor brightens the office and makes everyone smile. Melissa has been a dedicated member of the Mission 911 team for seven years and continues to contribute to its mission with her hard work and positivity.

Lauren Cargill is the Chief Financial Officer at Mission 911. She is dedicated to her role to ensure the financial sustainability of Mission 911 and supporting our mission to make a positive impact in the community.
