Founded in April of 2000, Mission 911 was named for both its street address, 911 Park Avenue, and a symbolic call for help. Today, Mission 911 has evolved to include a range of vital programs and services. In addition to operating as a transitional living facility (set to end in 2024), Mission 911 now operates as a utility and rental assistance program, a clothing closet, and now a holistic guest-led case management program.
